Meet the coach
I’m Coach Segev—a former Division 1 basketball player turned athletic trainer. After years of competing at a high level, I discovered that the mindset, discipline, and energy of athletes shouldn’t be reserved for professionals. Everyone deserves to train like an athlete—and feel like one.
Through Coach Segev’s Way, I’ve helped hundreds of people—from aspiring athletes looking to enhance their performance to everyday individuals who want to adopt a more active, athletic lifestyle. My method is built on challenge, motivation, and real results. You bring the effort. I’ll bring the way.

Sure! There are plenty of young athletes who work with my system and are crushing their goals. Each age and person gets what suits them! The youngest athlete I work with is just 9 years old. You can always show your parents this page.
